Our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) is a high-acuity, fast-paced environment caring for patients after advanced cardiac and thoracic procedures. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team.

Position Highlights

• Block schedule : 7 days on / 7 days off, day shifts only (6a–6p) for excellent work-life balance.
• Manage post-operative cardiac patients including CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, Mechanical Circulatory Support (ECMO / Impella)
• Perform assessments, order / interp diagnostics, and develop treatment plans for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Procedures may include central line placement, arterial line placement, intubation, dialysis line placement, and other bedside interventions (as credentialed).
• Supportive environment with opportunities for growth in advanced cardiac critical care.
