Job Summary Job Description - Promote xxx made stainless steel coils / strips to the North American market - Marketing : Visit and have business discussions with new and existing customers - Liaise between customer, sales team in xxxxxx German office and xxxxxxx American office, as well as production facility in Romania - Key Account Management - Build up new market : Challenge to search, call and visit new customers - Prepare contracts and documents for business discussion with customers - Take orders / forecasts / complaints and information from customers - Check and support payments and VOC collection - Enhance after sales activities and follow up orders - Transfer information, trends, requests from customers and market to the team, provide suggestions for action and decision - Support budgeting by planning monthly / quarterly and yearly sales and reports on forecast monthly / quarterly Qualifications - Native speaker of English and good working knowledge of Spanish preferred - More than 8 years experience in industrial sales or trading, preferably with steel or other metals (mill, service centre) - Attitude and growth potential and preparedness to learn - Ability to work in and with an intercultural team - Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently and for longer periods Personal - Strong Passion for achievement and interest in a personal skill set that matches the company s values - Team-player with leadership skills, integrity, drive and desire to make things happen - High cross-cultural awareness (being familiar with Asian and / or European business culture would be a strong plus) Powered by JazzHR
