Patient Care Coordinator

Brier Creek Dental Studio is in search of a Patient Care Coordinator / Sterilization Tech to join our amazing 5-star team. Our ideal candidate works well with a team, demonstrates excellent customer service, excels at clear patient communication, can prioritize tasks and is interested in long-term growth within the practice.

Our team is motivated to do their best for the patient, for each other, and for the practice. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with every patient. Typical job duties include greeting patients, verifying and filing insurance claims / pre-authorizations, reviewing necessary treatment plans and consent forms with patients, collecting payments, answering the phone, scheduling preventative and operative appointments and following up with patients regarding treatment or appointment needs. Candidate will also spend a small amount of time assisting with clinical duties, such as sterilization and setting up operatories.

Requirements

Dental experience is desired, but not required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 4-5 days per week.

No evenings or weekend work required.

Applicant must have a strong work ethic as well as an outgoing personality and positive attitude.

Working interview required.
