Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales enablement roadmap for the Mid-Market and Enterprise teams
Analyze sales interactions to identify skill gaps and provide coaching to sales representatives

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Enablement, or Sales Training roles within high-growth tech
Proven track record of improving seller performance in Mid-Market or Enterprise settings
Expertise in a major sales methodology (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Force Management, or SPICED)
Strong facilitation and coaching skills for engaging workshops and one-on-one sessions
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement programs to revenue outcomes
