Job description5+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Develop and execute data migration strategies, including risk mitigation and rollback plans Cleanse, audit, and validate data to ensure quality and compatibility Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to align on requirements and resolve issues Maintain detailed records of migration processes for compliance and future reference : MS Dynamics CRM Salesforce CRM ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and methodologies SQL and relational databases Data mapping and transformation Data validation and cleansing techniques

Job Description :
Seeking experienced Product Manager and Data Migration Consultant with a strong track record leading CRM transformation initiative, particularly Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations. Adept at managing end-to-end data migration lifecycles, ensuring data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption. Brings deep expertise in aligning technical execution with business goals across cross-functional teams.
In this contingent resource assignment, you may :
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
