Position : Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health / Ortho

Location : 2912 N West St; Flagstaff, AZ 86004

Incentives :   $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation :   Salaried, starting at $76,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment
