Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our client onsite at a major law firm in Midtown Manhattan.
This is a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity for someone experienced in office services, facilities support, and reprographics.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate high-volume copy, print, and bindery equipment
Handle mailroom tasks : shipping, receiving, sorting, and delivery
Maintain and troubleshoot copier equipment
Assist with scanning, imaging, and document prep
Support meeting room setups and light maintenance
Occasionally cover reception duties
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in legal or office services preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Additional Information
Duration : 3 months with potential fulltime hire
