Location : Columbia, MD (Hybrid Home Office With Local Travel)

To support our growth, we are seeking candidates with an interest in utility energy efficiency programs and foundational knowledge of energy-efficient technologies associated with commercial building systems.

In this entry-level role, you will support the energy efficiency team by assisting with project application processing, reviewing documentation for compliance, and responding to customer and contractor inquiries. You will also help coordinate quality control follow-ups and contribute to the successful implementation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects. This position offers hands-on experience with various types of energy efficiency projects and the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts to deliver innovative, best-practice solutions for our clients.
