C-Labs is currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to support the Creative Director by assisting with the development of strategies and monitoring the performance and overseeing the creative teams. The Assoc CD is expected to collaborate with design, sales & marketing teams and to participate in various conceptualization & brainstorm sessions, ensuring effective implementation for the same. They should also show leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance the overall design and achieve client objectives while also maintaining all brand identities and updating / iterating on existing brand documents. They should guide the design team and 3D team through creative concepting, execution and delivery in accordance with established best practices and ensure their work meets standards, including the ability to clearly articulate feedback and provide constructive oversight that elevates the creative product. They should also be able to develop and present concept pitches to potential clients and demonstrate an ability to articulate those concepts and help sell creative concepts to clients. The Clabs team is never satisfied with the status quo, so the Associate CD should always seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote exciting new ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years Associate Creative Director experience in a design lab or marketing agency
• 5+ years creative experience
• Must have a strong digital portfolio. VR & AR work a huge plus
• Superior strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual and conceptual)
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent client service and presentation skills
• Self-motivation and positive vibes with a wide range of team members is expected
• Must be highly skilled in Sketch. Moderate knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator a plus.
• Experience with Vectary, Reality Composer, Tilt Brush or Quill all a huge plus.
• Broad understanding of UX / UI, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
• Experience in designing UI for VR & AR a plus
