Accounts Payable Manager

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the AP team, setting priorities and KPIs

Oversee daily AP processes, including invoice intake and payment execution

Streamline and automate AP workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in clinical research or healthcare

3+ years of people leadership experience

Strong vendor-management track record and GAAP experience

Proficiency in NetSuite and Office 365, with strong Excel skills
