Washington Licensed General Ledger Accountant

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to perform core accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations

Manage accounting activities across multiple entities and states, ensuring compliance with regulations

Contribute to budget preparation and month-end close processes, including financial reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related finance roles

Experience with corporate consolidations, month-end closing, and reconciliations

Prior experience in a multi-entity, multi-state environment

Exposure to budgeting and long-term financial planning
