Hourly Pay Range : $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Occupational Therapist - Inpatient ortho surgery - DaysPosition Highlights : Position : Occupational Therapist- Inpatient - Days Location : Skokie Hospital, Skokie, ILHours : Per Diem- Hours as needed; Will vary between 7 : 30am and 5 : 30pm; rotating weekendsRequired Travel : noHolidays : yesWhat you will do : Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patientsPrepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billingParticipates in the clinical supervision of studentsWhat you will need : License : Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL

Education : Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA.
