Positions in this function are responsible for investigating, recovering and resolving all types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans, commercial customers and government entities. May include initiating telephone calls to members, providers and other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits data. Investigate and pursue recoveries and payables on subrogation claims and file management. Process recovery on claims. Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance. May conduct contestable investigations to review medical history. May monitor large claims including transplant cases.

This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Depends on others for guidance.
• Work is typically reviewed by others.
• Process incoming mail including logging checks and assigning work on a daily basis to the Representatives based on incoming mail.
• Send out to questionnaires to members or providers as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
