JOB DESCRIPTION :

"Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong emphasis on building cloud-based data solutions.

Proven experience with Python API development

Hands-on experience with AWS services.

Demonstrated experience with Develpoing and deploing Python modules in AWS enviornment

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Development : Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable API using Python for AWS environment.

Cloud Data Integration : Deploying Python modules in AWS environment.

Data Processing : Build and optimize distributed data processing jobs Python API

Data Architecture : Contribute to the design and evolution of our modern data architecture, including data lakes (e.g., using AWS S3 with Delta Lake) and data warehouses.

Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and other engineers to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data products.

Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize the performance of Python API jobs and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Automation and DevOps : Support CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices for deploying data platform solutions.

Data Governance : Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards are maintained across all data pipelines and platforms.

Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Cloud Computing : Experience with cloud platforms AWSand containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes."
