Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team to foster innovation and professional growth

Collaborate with Product Management to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks

Drive project delivery, sprint planning, and architectural decisions for the platform

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical growth

1-3 years of experience in technical leadership roles

Strong background in software development and understanding of distributed systems concepts

Experience collaborating with product managers or business stakeholders on requirement definition
