Responsibilities :

• Design, stage, configure, and test network equipment before deployment
• Support field engineers with on-site and remote network installations
• Act as a second-level escalation for network troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Provide technical guidance to sales teams on LTE coverage and solution feasibility

Skills / Must have :

Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols

Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues

Cisco / Juniper certifications (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with LTE / 5G technologies (a plus)
