Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Position Summary

The Federal Grant Writer and Resilience Strategist will contribute to helping our clients navigate complex funding landscapes and successfully identify and secure grant funds made available under clean energy initiatives and other federal legislation and programs. A successful candidate will support complex client delivery teams of internal and external stakeholders at the intersection of federal funding, grant writing, and resilience. This is a full-time position that will be remotely based with client travel involved as needed .

Responsibilities

• Develop and write federal grant application draft(s); compile, write, and edit federal grant applications exhibiting strong expository writing skills and a high-level command of grammar and spelling.
• Collaborate with clients to design and deliver solutions to achieve strategic priorities for resilience and climate initiatives.
• Conduct resilience and climate-related risk and opportunity assessments.
• Research and benchmark industry-wide resilience and climate programs and initiatives.
• Author professional technical memos, reports, and proposals summarizing complex concepts and project outcomes associated with resilience and climate.
• Develop and lead virtual or in-person training and workshops on federal grant writing and grant management processes.
