About the role
Be the welcoming first impression for residents, families, and visitors in our community.
You’ll handle the front desk, phones, and guest experience—creating a warm, helpful, and efficient environment.
What you’ll do
- Field requests and support resident / family needs
- Manage first-impression areas and phone system
- Maintain basic records and administrative systems
- Assist with events and community communications
- Create informal opportunities for resident socialization
