About the role

Be the welcoming first impression for residents, families, and visitors in our community.

You’ll handle the front desk, phones, and guest experience—creating a warm, helpful, and efficient environment.

What you’ll do

• Field requests and support resident / family needs
• Manage first-impression areas and phone system
• Maintain basic records and administrative systems
• Assist with events and community communications
• Create informal opportunities for resident socialization
