Job descriptionPatient Demographics : General ENT population Admissions : Yes Rounding : Yes Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General ENT with option for subspecialty interests EMR System : EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available : Standard ENT tools and equipment Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings Reason for Coverage : System expansion and growth Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : 90120 days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Reimbursement for license, CSR, DEA, dues, subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation reimbursement (negotiable) REQUIRED PROCEDURES General ENT procedures Outpatient surgeries Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new grads Other Qualifications : Subspecialty interests encouraged; EPIC proficiency Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care Participate in a 1 : 4 call rotation across multiple facilities Perform outpatient surgeries Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation Collaborate with other providers in a collegial, supportive environment Contribute to system-wide ENT service growth and excellence Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
