Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
Salary range : $58,000-$81,000 / yearBased on experience, and educationSchedule : Monday - Thursday 8a-6pAn active fully independent WA license : LMHC, LCSW, LMFT and / or Certified SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional)Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting.High comfort level with Technology : EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs / Sheets / Drive), mobile apps, etc.Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include : mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.#INDHP
