What you will do :
As a Strategic Accounts Executive, this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi's business in two F500 Named accounts in the Insurance industry. The Strategic Accounts Executive at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of the Accounts.
The successful Strategic Accounts Executive will :
Build trusted, value added relationships with C-Suite and other key business stakeholdersApply their Insurance industry knowledge to knowing the customer's business, their challenges and their goals. Expertly, map Quantiphi's cutting edge services and solutions to delight the client at every opportunityBe responsible for strategy, planning & execution of business development activities - from Discovery to SOW- to expand our business within key accounts and drive account expansionMap and own the key client relationships with those accounts including C-level executives in business, technology, and procurement functions within the clientsBuild a comprehensive and strategic account plan, maintain it and deliver to the defined strategyCollaborate and Engage with our Technology leaders and solution experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clientsCollaborate with our diverse and global teams to deliver committed results to our clientsBe responsible for identifying opportunities and expanding through a combination of new bodies of work and expansion of existing workProactively introduce solutions / ideas to clients to help improve their business performanceDiligently focus on Business outcomes and Customer satisfactionBasic Qualifications (BQs) :
8+ years of Services Sales experience using consultative approach5+ years of managing & expanding Fortune500 Accounts5+ years of Financial Services and Insurance industry experience5+ years of experience in selling and / or managing accounts with Cloud / Data and Analytics solutions5+ years in a strategic account management role and / or in selling services to key accountsAbility to manage concurrently more than one or two Insurance accountsAbility to travel 50% of the timeMBA is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredPreferred Geography : Chicago, or any major metropolitan areas in Central and East USOther Qualifications (OQs) :
Experience working for / in a top tier consulting services firmExperience in selling and or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI / ML type solutionsExecutive level engagement experience. A proven record of success in client facing rolesExperience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructsExperience in consultative selling of professional services and solutionsStrong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
