We currently have an opening for a FT Social Services Assistant. Pay range is $24-$27 / hr DOE.

Responsibilities :

• The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents / patients.
• Develops a rapport with the residents / patients and presents their concerns to center management.
• Charts as assigned
• Assists with Resident Council
• Assists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residents
• Follows all center's policies and procedures
