Position Summary
A well-established precision manufacturer in the aerospace and defense sector is seeking a Quality Engineer to join its quality management systems across casting, machining, and assembly operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with industry regulations, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in production.
Key Responsibilities
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and / or PAPP (Production Part Approval Process)Experience in use of conventional measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauge, etc.)CMM experience and / or programming would be a plusQualifications
Extensive knowledge with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Experience in review and interpretation of engineering drawingsExperience with AS9102 (Requirements and First Article Inspection Reporting)Experience with AS13002 (Requirements for Developing and Qualifying Alternate Inspection Frequency Plans)APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and / or PAPP (Production Part Approval Process) – repeated wording retained as part of qualificationsExperience with RCCM (Root Cause Counter Measures)First Article Setup Inspection experienceWork experience around 5 yearsType : Contract to DirectNOTE : Enser is an Engineering Services Company that provides Staffing Support.
