Working Location : Orange, CA
Working Hours / Shift : Per diem / on-call role with rotating split shifts across multiple time blocks. Morning : 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM Evening : 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM Overnight : 10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM

How You Will Make A Difference :
The LVN / LPT is responsible for providing direct client care, including medication administration and supervising the nursing activities of unit staff. Key duties include ordering, preparing, and documenting medications according to physician orders and confirming pharmacy deliveries. The role also requires communicating important information to the team, writing weekly client summaries as assigned, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift. This position also performs other related duties as needed.
Division / Program Overview :
The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term, 24 / 7 voluntary residential facility for adults ages 18-59. The program is designed to help residents who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to the community. Services include a wide range of support, from therapeutic and mental health services to rehabilitation, vocational counseling, medication support, and crisis intervention.
