Software Solutions Architect

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Advises and Leads software architecture services typically in a defined moderate to complex project(s) by coordinating with Enterprise Architecture.
• Defines system solutions based on the business needs, cost and required integration with existing applications, systems or platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture, data management, and business intelligence.Experience building and maintaining production data delivery pipelines for big data at large scale using Apache Hadoop, Spark Data streaming services.
• Provides working prototypes/POC’s to confirm the feasibility of technical solutions.
• Reviews and develops improvements to system requirements and business processes: codes, debugs and implements software solutions.
• Work with business leaders to develop detailed business requirements, creating functional design, gap analysis, technical design, and traceability matrices.
• Define, oversee and coordinate design and development of enterprise systems and architecture initiatives, including closely working with vendor software consultants and contractors focused on delivery of an integrated solution.
• Develops and governs Data Warehouses, Data Lakes to enable advanced analytics, dashboards & reporting.
• Build end-to-end BI/Data Analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SSIS/SSRS for complex business requirements.
• Revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and Technology strategy.
• Build API Infrastructure to integrate enterprise systems using Postman, Swagger.
• Participates and develops technology roadmap for the program.

Job Requirements:

• Requires Master’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related field.
• Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

$113797/year
