About the Role

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can :

• Draft pleadings and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review financials and prepare damage calculations in complex business cases.
• Materially assist in preparing for and attending trial, including witness prep, exhibit management, and courtroom strategy.

Preferred Skills

Minimum 3 years (or in your 3rd year) of litigation experience.

Bill at least 40 net client-billed hours per week (up to 25% of that time may be allocated to contingency files).

Detail-oriented, with Strong writing and advocacy skills.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
