Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.

Location And Work Hours

The Head Of Credit in the Philippines will report to the Senior Managing Director, Finance. This position will work remotely from the Philippines during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Credit Policy & Strategy
• Develop, implement, and maintain credit risk policies and procedures tailored to real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Align credit strategies with the companys investment and development goals.
• Credit Evaluation & Approval
• Lead the assessment of borrower creditworthiness, including individuals, developers, and institutional clients.
• Approve or escalate credit decisions based on risk thresholds and financial analysis.
• Portfolio Risk Management
• Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, identify emerging risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper risk grading and timely reporting of potential problem loans.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts and underwriters.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth deal execution and risk alignment.
• Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and new developments.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Provide regular reports to executive leadership on credit performance, risk exposure, and key metrics.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance credit decision-making and forecasting.
