Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka, KS.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with customers, both written and verbally.
- Manage service appointments efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Utilize computer systems for accurate documentation and service tracking.
- Build rapport with customers and address their concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintaining a strong Customer Satisfaction Index.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on representing the company well.
- Proficient with computer systems.
- Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
