Primary Responsibilities : Meet production, quality, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced role. Accurately set up cases and document information. Review cases to determine if they can be decisioned or need further clinical review. Solve complex problems using resources like policies and SOPs. Make outbound calls to providers / members as needed. Perform other tasks assigned.
