Physical Therapist – Industrial Rehabilitation

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an established industrial rehabilitation team. The setting offers relaxed treatment sessions, one-on-one patient focus, and absolutely no productivity standards . You’ll work with motivated clients who need specialized evaluation and rehab to safely return to physically demanding jobs—your work will make a meaningful impact on their lives.

This position is based in the Maple Grove area.

Responsibilities

Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Work Hardening Evaluations

Manage individualized plans of care for Work Hardening clients

Participate in weekly Work Hardening team meetings

Communicate with QRC case managers as appropriate

Collaborate with a highly engaged team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs focused on patient success

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota

Open to new graduates or experienced therapists

Training provided—no prior FCE or Work Hardening experience required

Strong writing and documentation skills (narrative reporting required)

Commission in addition to base pay

$1,000 annual CEU tuition allowance
