DUTIES :
"Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible full-service recruitment support throughout the organization, this includes Licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership and other skillsets as assigned.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establishes effective and creative sourcing initiatives. Responsible for fostering and cultivating relationships with operation's managers, key candidates and talent pools for just in time sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development."
SKILLS :
1. Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines for producing quality candidates.
2. Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions. Research and adopt innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts.
3. Builds relationships and interface effectively with internal and external customers / partners.
4. Delivers high quality, pre-screened active and passive candidates
5. Follow up with both candidates and hiring managers committed and / or as needed.
6. Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data.
7. Manages applicants for any assigned positions. Interviews, screens, and refers candidates as required.
8. Participates and supports with direction from TA Director the Talent Acquisition planning and implementation, evaluation, and improvement of processes, including data collection and reporting.
9. Advances the online recruitment strategies which may include the NorthBay recruitment webpage, social media, add agencies and more.
10. Other recruitment strategies include, but are not limited to, managing job postings, attending job fairs, developing relations with community and regional physicians, coordinating and hosting recruitment events. Both on-site and virtual.
11. Conducts behavioral-based initial interviews and research with prospective candidates to identify most appropriate
12. Provides on-site support to candidates and hiring teams or leads interviews as needed to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
13. Summarizes interview feedback, and forwards completed candidate evaluations to hiring manager for decision.
14. Monitors deadlines during offer negotiation process and functions as neutral liaison with candidate to assist in resolution of negotiations, including tracking and documenting receipt of offer to candidate. Timely offers.
15. Ensures that candidates have an exceptional experience, from first contact, throughout the interview process and supports the candidate throughout the onboarding processes.
16. Prepares materials and attends job fairs and career days.
17. Competent in using NorthBay's applicant tracking system, Oracle, and other HR and Recruitment related systems.
18. Effectively advises and educates managers on recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
19. Backup onboarding process or TA Specialist as needed.
20. May participate in administration and / or maintenance of HR databases; prepares, analyzes and reports as required.
21. Models System values and norms, demonstrates alignment with regulatory and strategic directives. Demonstrates compliance with System standards in all circumstances.
22. Meet performance standards and goals as assigned, such as sourcing, pipelining, time to fill, conversation rates or as assigned.
23. As a member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource team may assist with other recruitment activities as assigned.
24. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
1. Education : Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, health related field or business administration is required or a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical, healthcare, executive level recruitment and high-volume Sourcing, may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
2. Licensure / Certification : Recruitment Certification, AIRS Certification preferred.
3. Experience :
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in licensed and non-licensed healthcare / hospital sourcing and full-service recruitment, high volume growth recruitment in health organization preferred.
Requires data management and business intelligence skills.
Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches.
Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, texting and vetting candidates sourced
Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs, experience with Oracle preferred.
Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Requires a level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for team work and service excellence.
Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions
