Pest Control Regional Manager
Required
- 10 years related experience including Director / Regional Manager Level roles
- Needs to have previous Pest Control experience
The Regional Director oversees the operations of one or more branch office locations and reports progress and results to their Vice President.
They have direct responsibility for revenue and achieving branch goals. The Regional Director provides oversight for all interviewing, hiring, and training of branch leadership within the region.
In addition, they are responsible for performance appraisals for their employees, and rewarding and disciplining employees.
The Regional Director is required to provide leadership and set an example to employees within their branch(s), ensuring that all company business is conducted in an ethical and moral fashion.
Responsibilities
- Work with Leadership Team to execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction while enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout operations within the platform.
- Monitor the performance of branches and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
- Oversee the financial performance of the platform including developing long and short-term financial plans, monitoring the budgets and ensuring sound financial controls are in place;
set financial priorities and become adept at creating monthly and quarterly projections the company can rely on.
- Provide trainings, coaching(s), and guidance for General Managers and Branch Managers to motivate them to achieve and exceed company goals and build a strong company culture that is focused on taking care of our customers and ensuring our employees have a positive working experience.
- Create and maintain a safety-first culture that seeks to provide the best products and services in a way that protects both our customers and employees.
- Work closely with Vice President of Sales and / or Operations to ensure growth and success of branches by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with current company goals and initiatives.
- Identify and share best practices for the benefit of all branches and platforms.
- Devise creative solutions to improve sales within branches.
- Support non-operations functions by :
- Coordinating and working with them to develop continuous improvement and implementation of best
- practices on all aspects of the operation.
- Providing an operations perspective on proposed initiatives or projects.
- Collaborating on decisions that carry contractual, legal, tax, or other implications.
- Ensure all safety regulations within each branch are 100% compliance with local, state, and federal
- regulations.
- Adhere and abide to all driving laws / company policies when operating company vehicles.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
