  • Family | Quality | Integrity | Community | Tradition Position Summary The Produce Team Member (Fruit Cutter) is responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging fresh fruit products to ensure high quality and freshness for our customers.
  • This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing produce department.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Responsibilities Wash, cut, peel, and prepare fresh fruit according to company standards.
  • Package and label products accurately and attractively.
  • Ensure proper rotation of products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, equipment, and display cases.
  • Restock displays and assist with setting up appealing fruit presentations.
  • Follow all food safety and handling guidelines.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with any product questions or requests.
  • Support team members and assist in other produce tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications Previous produce, food prep, or kitchen experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Schedule & Availability Full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Morning shifts preferred for prep and cutting work.
