Job Title : Customer Service Advisor
Pay : $25 / hour
Location : Jersey City, NJ
Start : Mid-October
End : Mid-January
Schedule : Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts
- 9 : 30am–6 : 30pm (in-office)
- 1 : 00pm–10 : 00pm (remote)
- Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home)
- Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made.
Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated customer experience across phone, email, and chat.Convert inquiries into sales while meeting / exceeding KPIs.Build and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach.Provide tailored product knowledge and styling advice.Resolve customer inquiries efficiently (orders, returns, product info).Accurately log interactions in CRM and support operational efficiency.Qualifications
2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar tools.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
