Job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Associate Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and timely support. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and maintain accurate documentation will be key to your success. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Work closely with producers to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Review and analyze insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Maintain up-to-date and organized client files within the agency management system. Monitor and follow up on outstanding items such as payments, policy documents, and renewals. Stay informed about industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes. Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial insurance, preferably within an independent agency. Active insurance license in Texas. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting guidelines. Proficiency in using agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
