In this per diem Registered Nurse (RN) role, you’ll administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures.

Pay : $57 / hour + competitive hourly tips (up to $20 / hour) bringing your potential earnings to $57 – $77 per hour!

Schedule : This is a per diem position. We are hiring for the following schedule options : 1) you will provide 6 shifts of availability per month with 4 being weekdays and 2 being weekends OR 2) you will provide 4 weekend shifts of availability per month.

Locations You’ll Cover : San Ramon, and Berkeley locations; as well as On-Call shifts and Mobile IV Services.

Clinic Hours : Team members must be available for scheduling during both morning / afternoon and afternoon / evening shifts within the hours of 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
  • Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
  • Work with the District Nurse Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
  • Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
  • Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
  • Maintain documentation of patient care services
  • Train new staff
  • Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
  • Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

    • Required Skills

  • Current BLS certification required
  • BSN or diploma in nursing
  • Valid RN License with no sanctions
  • Two years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
  • Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
