Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Lead / Turret & Laser Lead / / CNC Laser Operator Lead / CNC Production Lead for our client located close to Huntsville; AL. In this hands-on lead role, you will coordinate daily workflow, train operators, and assist with production to ensure quality and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company with long-term career growth. Responsibilities Coordinate workflow scheduling using the Work Center Dispatch Report. Train and assist operators with set-ups, tooling changes, and safe equipment operation. Operate CNC Laser and Turret Punch machines as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, follow routers, and perform basic math calculations. Maintain production records, update computer systems, and complete required paperwork. Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment safety. Communicate daily progress and issues with Operations Manager. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of Turret and Laser machine operation experience. Prior leadership or lead operator experience. Strong blueprint reading and measuring tool skills. Ability to lift 20–50 lbs occasionally and stand for long shifts. Must pass drug screen / background check. Steel-toe boots required.
