Job Description Summary
The CI Line Leader is responsible to provide direction, motivation, and support to associates to achieve manufacturing production and quality goals. This person will become an expert in the processes in their area and fills in on the production line as needed to ensure smooth product flow and transitions between work orders and shifts.
The CI Line Leader ensures the proper training of associates, and compliance with established procedures. The CI Line Leader is the point person to lead the group through root cause analysis and to drive for continuous improvement of the manufacturing equipment and processes.
Good communication and time management are required, as this person will conduct and document training, maintain all process documentation, help update work instructions, and coordinate product and associate scheduling with other CI Line Leaders and shifts.
This person will provide support to the Manufacturing Coach for the daily operations and overall performance.
