Job Description

The Controls Engineer will be responsible for :

• Designing and programming automation and control systems to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Preparing technical documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
• Providing training and support to personnel on control system operations.
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve system efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all control system projects.
• Assisting in project planning and execution, meeting timelines and budget requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controls Engineer should have :

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing control systems.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards in engineering and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience with designing and implementing automation solutions.
• A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience.
