The Buffalo, NY plant is located on the waterfront, providing convenient access to Canada and major cities like Toronto and New York City. It offers employees opportunities to progress in their careers through seniority-based bidding and apprenticeship programs. The plant organizes events such as a summer barbecue, a family picnic at a local amusement park during downtime, and a holiday dinner for all three shifts served by the leadership team. There's a strong sense of community and pride among employees, with many having family ties to the company. Interesting facts include the plant's former name, Cheeri-Oats, the transportation of grain by boat, and a fire that occurred a day before its opening in 1940.
