Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician Installer LEAD to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR, 72401. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service and installation projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you have a passion for HVAC / R systems and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise HVAC service and installation projects from start to finish.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC / R systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct electrical troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC / R systems and components.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
