Key Responsibilities
Manage and run litigation matters independently
Conduct depositions and handle hearings
Perform legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare written analyses and memoranda
Required Qualifications
Minimum of six years of law firm experience in labor and employment law
Active California Bar membership required
Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Must be able to work remotely from a home office in California
