Key Responsibilities
Research healthcare continuing education and licensing requirements to maintain an accurate training library
Track changes in compliance, credentialing, and industry standards
Help design new certification programs and provide actionable recommendations based on research findings
Required Qualifications
Curious and detail-oriented researcher
Comfortable navigating regulations and compliance policies
Strong organizational skills
Able to translate technical requirements into practical programs
Enjoys creating new initiatives from the ground up
