Duties include :

• Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals
• Focus on strengthening independence for individuals and assisting to design an individualized / person specific plan for success
• Provide guidance and training in developing skills needed to live independently
• Ensure people supported reside in a safe and healthy environment with proper access to medical and social supports
