Duties
- Oversee US McDonald’s media budget including system media strategy, initiative media strategy and partner / marketplace investment strategy
- Lead annual planning for media, guiding decisions on resource allocation for marketing and business priorities
- Enable strategies to improve return on system marketing investment year-over-year
- Assist agency teams in negotiations with longer-term, major partners
- Co-own key operator stakeholder committee with influence on overall marketing plan engagement with operator leaders
- Partner with brand & content team and owned channel team in developing go-to-market plans and audience strategies
- Coach and develop the Media team to foster growth and marketing excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, MBA preferred10+ years of proven paid media experience (client-side or agency-side) with track record of building industry-leading strategies and driving strong ROILeadership experience managing large teams and cross-functional influenceComfort engaging with executivesBasic knowledge of adtech / martech to enable stronger strategies and learningsCompensation and Benefits
