QVA Contract Insurance Specialist
Description
Request and review certificates of business insurance from QualifiedVendors (QV) electronically. Ensure compliance with the Request for QualifiedVendor Agreement (RFQVA) 710000.
Provide technical assistance to QV andescalate non-compliance issues to Contract Action Unit. Collaborate withContract Management Specialists (CMS) and track QV progress.
Manage data entryand data management for the myCOI software system implementation. Assist withtransitioning QV to myCOI system.
Temporary position to support CMS withinsurance compliance and myCOI implementation.

EducationRequired
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs. work experience in humanservices, public administration, legal research, or related field w / an emphasison contracting for human services.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite& experience w / databases is highly desirable. Full proficiency in GoogleWorkspace (formerly G Suite) & experience w / databases is highly desirable.
Experience in contracting concepts is preferred as well as project management,research, and analysis.
