Job Description :
We are looking for friendly and professional Restaurant Servers to join our team for on-demand roles in various dining establishments.
Ideal candidates should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :
- Greet and seat guests upon their arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, and provide refills as needed.
- Answer any questions about the menu, including details about ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended dishes.
- Process guest payments and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables and serving areas.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all relevant health department regulations.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Server, Waiter, Waitress, or similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
