The IT Security Engineer Internship will begin in January and end in August 2026.

What YouΓÇÖll Do & Learn :

YouΓÇÖll join the IT Security team and work closely with the other members of the team to maintain a comprehensive information security program. YouΓÇÖll work with members across IT to define processes and standards to ensure that security configurations are maintained. In addition, you will be responsible for :

Participating in performance testing of all new third-party applications and functionality of current systems

Partnering with managed service SOC to coordinate centralized logging and identification of security incidents or misconfigured security controls

Legacy Security maintenance

What it Takes :

We are currently looking for highly driven students pursing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field with excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have knowledge of Linux and AWS Tools & Services. In addition, we are looking for :

At least Junior or Senior standing (recent graduates may be considered)

Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher

An understanding of information security and information technology auditing

Ability to develop strong rapport with the user community

This position will require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI.
