Business Operations Coordinator

Duties :

• Partner with Global Marketing stakeholders to oversee execution of budget plans through purchase order creation and invoice and accruals management.
• Reconcile budget plan and spend actuals through disparate datasets and develop reporting to ensure execution and manage risk across the organization.
• Manage billing transactions, vendor communications, and month end close in lock step with accounting.
• Work with the Global Marketing team to define and update processes as we continue to grow and evolve the business.
• Onboard key vendors and partners and facilitate relationship with Procurement on behalf of Marketing team.
