We are looking for candidates ready to begin their path in the role of Foreclosure Paralegal III. This position handles and maintains portfolios or matters as assigned while working alongside assigned management and attorneys to mitigating loss and legal risk for clients by accurately and efficiently managing foreclosure and other legal processes.

KEY JOB DUTIES

• Various clerical and routine paralegal and support tasks, including, but not limited to, docketing cases, preparing routine and non-routine legal pleadings, verifying and reconciling information for pleadings and acting as a point of contact of clients and courts
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff in preparing legal documents and / or processing transactions
• Quality assurance review of all data entered against source documents to ensure accuracy in legal proceedings
• Review and interpret all documents including recorded Deed of Trusts, Property Title, dockets, pleadings, etc.
• Prepare and mail Notices of Acceleration, Notices of Application to Foreclosure, Motions and Orders to

Foreclosure, and file required documents in the proper court
